Before you write
Consulting enquiries — a sentence or two about your organization's size and what's prompting the question saves a round trip.
Corrections — please include a link to the page. We'd genuinely rather be corrected than be wrong, and we'll credit you unless you'd prefer we didn't.
If you're in the middle of an active incident — a contact form is the wrong tool. Disconnect the affected device from the network, don't delete anything, and contact your IT provider or local law enforcement's cybercrime unit directly.
